As the tribes wander through the landscapes they find themselves at the beginning of a Labyrinth, presented with a journey through self and mind, through twists and turns seemingly never ending. By walking this unicursal tool we have the potential for personal, psychological and spiritual transformation.

Through the weaving and crossing of the lines of reality and fantasy, darkness and light as you reach the lucid centre of yourself, finding clarity, balance and the inner peace to manifest your goals.

This compilation is a celebration of some of the music showcased on Lucy's Laboratory stage at Lucid Labyrinth Tribal Gathering, held in New South Wales bushland over Easter long weekend 2014.
Comprised of an eclectic array of freqy bass bandits, from Australia and beyond, taking us on an expedition from breaks and drum and bass, to quirky broken-bassy bits, finishing up in a warm dubby chill cave.

This is one of two parts of the Tribal Gathering compilation, the other being based on The Temple of Lucidity stage and is filled with the creations of a bunch of seriously psychedelic bush gangsters, being released through Insonitus Records

6 years on and this still presents itself a glitchy, melodic masterpiece, warming the IDM soul on a wintery Sunday afternoon with playful percussion and sweet harmonics. Can't choose between Birth of Thoughts or Major MInors as my favourite. onelovellama
